Cancellations

We accept cancellations on all orders within 24 hours of ordering. Please use the contact us feature on this site or email traci@nakeddoordecor.com to cancel an order. After the first 24 hours, we do not accept cancellations.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized products. All other products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days if you are unhappy with the purchase. Please contact us at traci@nakeddoordecor.com if you have any problems with your order. If the there is a problem in manufacturing or shipping of your item, we will pay the return postage. If the return is due to customer error (e.g. ordering the wrong product, wrong size), then the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping. 
 

Refunds

Products must be returned in order to qualify for a refund. We will issue refunds for the amount paid, plus tax, after we have received all returned products. Initial shipping charges will not be refunded. If the refund is due to  a problem in a products manufacturing or the shipping of the item, we will pay the return postage. If the return is due to customer error (e.g. ordering the wrong product, wrong size), then the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping. 

Customized products do not qualify for a refund as all custom orders are final. The request for a refund must be initiated within 30 days of purchase to qualify. 

Payment types accepted

We accept many forms of payment including Apple Pay, PayPal, and all major credit cards. We also offer gift cards!
 

Shipping 

Items will be shipped out within 3-14 business days. Shipping will typically take an addition 3-7 business days and is dependent on the carrier. You should receive a shipping confirmation number once the package ships. Please save that number and have it ready when making inquiries about an order that has already shipped. You make an inquiry through our contact form or by emailing traci@nakeddoordecor.com. 

Orders outside the US will take anywhere from 1-4 weeks. Please keep in mind that international orders may be held up in customs. Also note that there may be certain customs fees in your country that you may have to pay. Please see product descriptions for estimated shipping times specific to the product you are ordering.
